The Noniluna Penthouses
The Noniluna One and Noniluna Two are oceanfront penthouses that offer spacious accommodations, ideal for families or groups of friends. Both units have stunning views, plenty of sleeping arrangements, and modern amenities, including fully stocked kitchens with appliances like blenders, Instant Pots, and air fryers.

  • Noniluna One: This large unit features four sleeping areas, including a primary bedroom, a second guest room, an upper-level loft with three beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. It comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and is kid-friendly with a stroller, highchair, and Pack 'n Play available for use.
  • Noniluna Two: Similar in size, this top floor unit has three sleeping areas with ocean views, including two main-floor bedrooms and a loft. It sleeps 9 guests, with additional options for kids.

Both units offer a relaxed, open-concept living space with easy access to the lanai, where you’re just 45 feet from the ocean. Ceiling fans, air conditioning, and thoughtful touches like beach gear and toys make these condos perfect for family vacations.

Papakea Resort Fees
There is a daily facility fee of $25, which includes 1 parking pass, high-speed internet, and access to resort amenities. Additional vehicles are just $5 per day, with no limit on the number of vehicles.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
